Intended audience

Sorcery Science makes and sells only fashion jewelry. Our jewelry is not a toy and is not intended for children under the age of 12.

Though based on the chemical structure of some, our jewelry contains no pharmaceuticals. Any perceived affects from wearing our jewelry is purely a placebo effect, caused only by the fact that you are wearing awesome jewelry.

Care Instructions

All of our jewelry is silver-plated and nickel-free. Since the jewelry is made out of silver it will tarnish over time. The silver can be cleaned with silver polish or silver polishing cloths. The wood, although stabilized for strength is not waterproof and shouldn't be placed in very wet environments.

The aromatic scented jewelry should be stored in an airtight container for longest life of the fragrance. Store away from other strong scents, especially coffee. If the fragrance begins to fade you can renew it with a drop of essential oil or fragrance oil right on the wood.

Though we make every effort to ensure our designs are as strong as possible while still being accurate, our wood and acrylic jewelry can break and should be handled with care.

Shipping

Orders ship within 3 days after any applicable lead times. Wood and Acrylic items have a 1 day lead time while Stainless Steel items have a 1 day to 4 week lead time, depending on whether or not it is in stock. Custom designs depend on the complexity of the design, we'll work this out during the process.

During the holidays, we try to ship items as fast as possible to ensure delivery in time, however we make no guarantee that the product you order will be delivered by a requested date. We use 3rd party shippers and unfortunately cannot guarantee they will care about your order as much as we do.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to the shipment. Sorcery Science is not responsible for any delays to international shipments due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

Sorcery Science accepts returns and exchanges if contacted within 14 days of the delivery of your product and we receive the return within 21 days. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If the product is returned in any condition other than its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to the personal nature of custom or personalized items, we cannot accept these products for return.

Privacy Policy

Sorcery Science promises to use your personal information only to fulfill your orders, contact you about the orders you've made, or for legal reasons (like taxes). If you checked the box saying we may contact you for promotional reasons, we may send occasional emails letting you know about our new products and to provide special deals and savings. We promise that only Sorcery Science will be contacting you with these promotional materials and only for our store, Sorcery Science.
